RecommendedThe staff is very attentive, food is terrific, surroundings are clean and they really seem to care about each person....if you need to put your loved one some place this is a safe one...
The employee and staff have no business being responsible for the care of the elderly. They lack compassion and, frankly, could care a less about any of their residents well being. Several complaints were made by us regarding my mothers care and none of them were addressed. Medication was not given in a timely matter and most of the time I found crushed medication on my mothers floor. I've contacted the Department of Aging and I plan to contact BBB.

RecommendedMy grandmother has been at Brightview for 5 years. The staff is kind and caring and organized. My daughters and I feel very welcome there. They have beautiful facilities and plenty of events to keep the residents active and entertained. They really do a great job.

Brightview is the best! The staff is great; the ambiance is great; food is exceptional. Everyone is so nice and caring.
