My grandfather has been at Avondell for years and he loves it! The community and the atmosphere is fantastic. There are so many activities and events that we sometimes joke that he is living in a resort! My grandfather chooses to fully engage in the community and loves it, but it would be totally accaptable to live quietly there if that is your perogative. The staff is supportive, friendly, and they genuinely care about the residence. You can feel the warmth when you walk in the doors.
