Some of the providers here could care less if you relapsed!! Try asking for help for a week from them and absolutely 0 help.
Zylee at the front desk is so rude! Why hire someone in that position with no customer service experience what so ever. She has no care in the world for any of us patients. Just slams the window before even finishing the conversation. Not to mention when I first walk up to the window she just sits and stares at her phone for 5 whole minutes until acknowledging me. Not sure what you guys were thinking with her.
