Very caring and kind employees. So much more respect than other clinics. GO HERE FOR HELP! Best clinic around. As long as you follow the rules, they will work with you in anyway they can. The staff actually cares about how you’re doing and they want you to succeed. That’s clear from the front desk, the Therapist’s, the nurses and Jessena who is the best!

The owner of bright view responded to my first complaint with a but no way of fixing what his disgusting employee did! Hello fix the problem!!!!!!

Starting off at a new place sometimes is difficult. But not at Brightview from the moment , I walked through the door. I felt welcomed, I had staff that advocated for me, to make sure . I received the treatment, I needed outside of Brightview. So that showed me. that . I wasn't alone . that people were listening . But the most amazing thing, I've witnessed, Is that the staff knew everyone by name. almost like on a personal basis. I could go on an on . I'm going to be moving on to another program. I am so disappointed that Brightveiw Somerville will Be closing. I have loved the team I have worked with and Grace has saved my life by being there for me. I have a had time finding therapists and connected with Deborah. I have become stable with my depression anxiety and addiction, thankful for Brightveiw. So disappointed it like starting all over. Never write reviews but had to write and say Thank you!!!!!
