Horrible. Please heed my caution if you hire them for anything. Unless you like to waste your money. They will edge with weed eaters and cut your lines to lighting and never repair. The damaged my fence with their lawnmowers, the run over and kill your plants in the mulch, they NEVER respond to help tickets and can't manage a irrigation schedule. These guys will charge a ton and provide little to no work. GARBAGE!
Sloppy service and they don't care how much customers are paying because it is through an HOA. They edge first mow over sidewalks and driveways leaving terrible tread marks everywhere. When they finish weekly mowing- the owners need to go out and clean up the mess they leave. When it was suggested that they edge after they mow so all of the clippings don't end up getting blown into where they "edge" I was told it doesn't work that way on large jobs-which makes zero sense because you can easily edge afterwards. not an honorable company. all corporate and cannot be trusted. this company damaged my property and refused to return calls. I filed a BBB complaint and they responded in 2 days!!! they sent a few guys out, took measurements and then just filed my issue in the trash. they would prefer to deal with a BBB complaint over restitution for the damage to my property. boo bright view, bad biz
I absolutely love the staff here ! Only bad thing is, they never stay long . I LOVE the dr Anna ! If she ever goes I truly believe I’ll find somewhere else to go ! My daughter has a lot of health problems (heart) the staff here was great when she was constantly in and out of the hospital and worked with my appointments and stuff. The worest grass cutting service I have ever seen. I don't think they actually have blades on the mowers becasue the grass is always flatten rather than cut. Don't clean their mowers becasue with in minutes the lawn turns yellow with a fungus. I never seen a lawn mower reach 30mph on a lawn before. Drive so fast if they had blades on the mowers it can't cut becasue they drive to fast. Bright view Took over our landscaping @ our private GCC. Grass completely overgrown. Property looks worse that any time in last decade. Weeds everywhere. They show up once in a while scheduling a joke. Sloppy work. Very poor cannot wait till contract period ends. No price to much to get rid of.
Most unorganized bunch, they cant even keep scheduled appointments.
