I am not nor have I ever been a patient here but my fiancé was in 2021, if anyone has had this similar experience please respond but it seems unlikely. He started January 25,2021 and ended in May of same year. There were mentions of certain persons on day 1 until ending and date and him never thinking I’d know of his conversations in therapy never thought I’d know or find out, but for a reason of probation he needed papers printed out in order to show progress of treatment. From the 1st day I walked in Brightview I felt welcome. Each and every staff member treats you like you’re an old friend. They show compassion, kindness and you’re always greeted with a smile. I’m so thankful I came to Brightview!
I have been a patient at outpatient for a couple years now. My only complaint is that there is no TV now. When I am waiting (and that happens frequently, because of walk in emergencies etc) I like to watch TV! Now, there's a TV, it's not on, due to a new policy that forbids any regular channels. I understand your concerns about what could be playing that may be inappropriate for patients in treatment but please consider HGTV. No violence,no foul language etc. Thank you!
