I’ve been trying to continue my care at another facility, but BrightView hasn’t been able to get the necessary paperwork completed in time—twice now. The first time, the delay caused me to lose my spot, and the second time it’s been over a week with no progress on the ROI. It’s disappointing because it seems like BrightView is overwhelmed with more patients than they can effectively manage.
The Doctor is truly fantastic. And intelligent. And my counselor saved me from walking out of a door in which I'd never see another.
My first day and I'm still... in awe of HOW INCREDIBLE these kind, understanding, beautiful people are so effective at treating your medical needs. But they don't stop there. The Doctor , CARED. My experience has been a little up and down there is situations where people need to have the full story of your life they need to understand where the person is coming from there are some really good people that work in this place that truly want what's best for us and I think everybody has the same agenda they want what's best for us but people have to remember not to bring their home or past experiences in with them when they come in because we all carry the same weight in our own lives but I feel like these people genuin... read more
