A money pit! Elyria office is saying I need drug and alcohol treatment after telling me weed was legal and literally did not matter but now are saying I have an issue with it. Even though I had my medical card for PTSD. So after 5 weeks, 1 day a week, $50 an appointment ($250 total) they said weed is an issue. **6 month later ediT*** been here 6 months now and they don’t punish you for any mistakes they know you’re human, other places punish you and either kick you out, hold back your medication, or make you come back daily for minor mistakes, if you want to get sober and actually have a decent chance succeeding this is the place, let me start with I had an appointment for elsewhere in the morning and 2 hours in the doctor left, I called briteview and they got me in same day. Let me start with I had an appointment for elsewhere in the morning and 2 hours in the doctor left, I called briteview and they got me in same day. Doctors Wiley is so nice and seems like she wants to help people and genuinely cares, the nurse is also awesome so is Roberto. They have a nice atmosphere and don’t judge and want to see people get better I’m glad I chose to go to them.the entire staff make you feel welcomed and they actually listen to you and don’t treat you as just another number in line to get you in and out.
Everyone at BrightView is amazing in everyway!! The sweetest Staff & Drs!!
