Very unprofessional at front desk. The lady at front desk who is a receptionist talks about everyone where everyone in the lobby hears.Just because she doesn't have a problem doesn't mean she has to look down on people who does. Do not judge people you are there to help people, not make it worse for them to relapse..GROW UP!!!
Bunch of money grubbing business jerks that only care about over charging you as much as they can. Beware.
A money pit! Elyria office is saying I need drug and alcohol treatment after telling me weed was legal and literally did not matter but now are saying I have an issue with it. Even though I had my medical card for PTSD. So after 5 weeks, 1 day a week, $50 an appointment ($250 total) they said weed is an issue. So from that moment on I stopped smoking (now I haven’t slept in over a week due to my night terrors) but I STILL have a problem with alcohol and weed??? **6 month later ediT*** been here 6 months now and they don’t punish you for any mistakes they know you’re human, other places punish you and either kick you out, hold back your medication, or make you come back daily for minor mistakes, if you want to get sober and actually have a decent chance succeeding this is the place, let me start with I had an appointment for elsewhere in the morning and 2 hours in the doctor left, I called briteview and they got me in same day.
