WASTE OF TIME. Regularly short on staff and had to go through their "assessment" process three times, but no counselor available. They are requiring medical treatment, even though all drug screens have been negative and there are zero notations made by the courts. This is just another money grab by BrightView. Regular weekly appointments since JUNE and not one counselor available. SIX MONTHS WITH NO ONE AVAILABLE TO GIVE COUNSELING. This place is HORRIBLE!!! **2 year later edit *** been here 24 months now and they don’t punish you for any mistakes they know you’re human, other places punish you and either kick you out, hold back your medication, or make you come back daily for minor mistakes, if you want to get sober and actually have a decent chance succeeding this is the place, let me start with I had an appointment for elsewhere in the morning and 2 hours in the doctor left, I called briteview and they got me in same day. Fantastic place. Hannah, Shawna, Tim and Lacy are amazing. There is another girl up front and I'm terrible with names but they rock there! So helpful and kind.
