The staff at Brightview are amazing!I believe they genuinely care about their clients. They treat me like a person and not just a number.That means a lot these days so thank you Brightview!!
At first, there was some confusion with the first Provider that did my intake. I am not sure he knew how to treat my addiction since it was not a common substance. Kratom is not widely known or understood as a substance that is highly addictive, especially if you have a history of opiate addiction. I am being seen by a different Provider after that first visit and she is awesome. She (Joey) seems well educated and has been amazing with my treatment plan. Absolutely 10+++ They all know I have the most respect and love for some of them. I really enjoy seeing most of them 😉 they all do a good job. No really they are like great friends. Dean is my favorite. He such a good person and he shows compassion and understanding that is well above what is required.
I have had nothing but a positive experience since I started coming to Brightview. Everyone has been exceptionally caring of my needs. Would recommend
