I recently transferred here from another clinic that I had been in since august 2019. After my first visit at brightview, I felt heard, I felt cared for. I went in and was honest about everything and they met me exactly where I am in my recovery with a plan to move towards my goal. They even think of little practical day to day things for their patients, like Id cards for medication. Truly a good start to a wonderful place. I LOVE most of the Brightview Team. They are a life saver for me. Stacey is just amazing! Shes super woman really! Idk how she does it but she makes it happen. She’s straightforward, caring, and empathetic! She listens, and doesn’t judge. The case managers and counselors seem to genuinely care about your well-being. They have been very helpful and understanding. Ill have 2 years sober august 2nd, 2026 and absolutely wouldnt have made it this far with out them!
I've been going to Briteview for a year and a half now, and my experience has been great. The staff are wonderful, caring, and professional. The receptionists, nurses, counselors, and care plan staff help with anything from clothes and setting up doctor visits to finding jobs and housing. Stacy is probably the best doctor I've ever had—she's down-to-earth and doesn't talk down to you. The two ladies who give you your medicine before you leave are also very nice and always polite.
