They will literally risk you having a seizure from medication that they prescribed for mental health than lift a finger to simply call somebody to solve a problem. Worst quality of care I have ever experienced across the board. It is like pulling teeth to get the office staff to do anything other than eat lead paint
The very first recovery center I've been to. Based on my experience it will be the last! (in a great way) I love this place, the meetings and my counselor. They have medical for those who need medicine to help with their addictions. They really do care. Edit: I stopped going around april or may of 2024. I found out that my probation only called for IOP (Intensive outpatient) and was only supposed to be a few months long. Brightview had me attending for nearly 2 years. Terrible patient service. My appointments are no less than 2 hours every week which is difficult when you work and go to school. Do not recommend!
Great place the staff is very helpful with anything I may be need help with even if it has nothing to do with brightveiw I would recommend my friends and family
Well your people who work there have no clue on what they are doing I have had appointments there's multiple times and email an email let's confirming that I have an appointment but when I get there they say I don't and remind you I have to you use provide a ride to get to my appointment just to have them tell me I don't so I told my caseworker what was going on so she call,s scheduled, s me appointment for October 8th and at 8:30 and when I get there they tell me I don't have appointment and I told the my caseworker from ch... read more
