I previously held this facility as the best clinic I've ever been to, but since the doctor changes and all the employee changes at Sandusky its quickly becoming just a normal below average treatment center. The feeling of this place being a home and somewhere I felt welcome and comfortable discussing my problems and issues has all but completely gone since the start of 2025.
I go to the Sandusky location and staff are always friendly I love the ladies there! Everything was going smooth until I switched to the shot. First off I think it's very misleading and dishonest to tell me I had to get the shot bi weekly inorder to get the medicine in my system, when I've been on the pills for months now I also do my own research and a strong believer of advocating for yourself!
