This facility is very important to those suffering with addiction and offer treatment and therapy that works. The office is very clean, professional and the staff are always kind and respectful. I definitely recommend BrightView!!

The staff are very professional & compassionate. My overall experience has been extremely pleasant & successful.
The Somerset office is amazing. HOWEVER, you need to hire competent people for the call center. I'm sick of getting hung up on because I end up with one that doesn't know how to look up a release and see that I am able to make appointments for the person I call about. So much frustration over something that should be so simple. My review is for the call center and the fact that you can not call the local office directly.
