I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you’re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. Great place to be now. Doctors,counselors,nurses, etc. Better ran now than before. Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... I'm not a patient but my fiance is and I watched as they threw him a aside to deal with his issues alone over a month without speaking to his therapist then found put she gave him to someone else waited three moths for a paper proving he's been going to his Apts with me a note from the therapist stating we have been there not for what or why just we were there for CPS so we can have our kids for the holidays.... we don't get our kids for the holidays because they couldn't be bothered to qright a 2 min letter in 3 months even... read more
I have been going here since March of 2023 at the beginning up until about 34 months ago. Everything was okay and then we got to the counseling parti'm dealing with a lot of metal s*** that got opened up through these people and the past 2 months even on their message board. I never got answers back and I was strung up on my own. I was even face-to-face with the counselor once or I said I need 2 minutes of your time after not talking to her for about 56 weeks.
