Great place and amazing people!
This place expects you to do all the work with scheduling therapy and such. God forbid you miss an appointment, they don’t call to check on you, they just submit a discharge for your treatment EVEN THOUGH you’re still IN TREATMENT! This place is highly unorganized. They promised me from day one that they’d have a therapist ON SITE for me to talk to and guess what? They NEVER GOT ONE. Some of the staff is rude to me over the phone and sometimes in person and I don’t deserve that being a patient.
