I can honestly say that Brightview has saved my life!
This is the worst treatment center in ohio. STAY AWAY FROM HERE staff are mostly completely rude and unprofessional. Wait times are very long while they set around playing and laughing. They book 2-8 people for every time slot. They very rarely have doctors on site. So you wait 2 hours for a 2 min session with doctor on a laptop some where else. Then they can't seem to remember how ro get your script to the pharmacy like they did 4 weeks ago. It's a complete disaster. They have been bought out and constantly adding new charg... read more
Like every where else. You get what you put in. And they're willing to help in anyway possible. The groups are positive and uplifting. The staff are kind and helpful with scheduling, and rescheduling. The doctor's are kind and understandable.
