I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and empathy on a phone call with one of the receptionists or whomever we spoke to at Brightsy. Usually we have a pleasant conversation or are assured that things were being taken care of. Today however was different. Our case is delicate. Medication management is of the utmost importance. My psychiatrist was Natalie. I’ve been working with her since June I believe, and I have followed every step, every Portocol, every recommendation. And today she fires me as a patient. I suffer from extreme anxiety and insomnia, and instead of providing me a medication that helps with anxiety and insomnia like lorazepam, she instead wants to prescribe me temazepam that only treats insomnia, and two other medication’s to help with the symptoms of anxiety along with the Lexapro I’m taking.
