I am a bit late on reviewing Brightstar, but wanted to give credit where it is due. Dr. Kessler and his staff have been fantastic. This was my first time going to a chiropractor and I was unsure what to expect. Dr. Kessler explained in detail how sessions would go and answered all my questions. In addition, they had timed evaluations to see if I was making any progress and if any changes were needed (during my time there). Lastly, everyone is very professional and empathetic. My first visit was on June 25th with Dr. Hannah. I came in with neck issues, ear issues- clogged ear, stomach and TMJ issues. Dr. Hannah listened to all of my concerns and spent alot of time adjusting me. She adjusted my ear. She also adjusted my jaw.I've never had that done before.Today was my 6th visit.
