Having a medically complex family member comes with many challanges, but BrightStar has made the process of finding and hiring reliable help incredibly simple. Their team has consistently shown that our family members care is their top priority. We have only had one issue and that was with billing and although we were told we owed 16k, BirghtStar acknowledged that it was their fault and the charges were mitigated.
