I called here to get the franchise number or someone higher than the franchise. I wasn’t comfortable calling the one that I belong to, so I called this one Jess answered the phone. She said she will look up the number for me because she didn’t have it on hand. She purposely gave me the number to T-Mobile. I have a T-Mobile phone so the number was in my phone already for T-Mobile. I’m not sure why she did that but I called back and I said you gave me the number to T-Mobile. Brightstar has provided phenomenal care for my mother that has helped to tremendously alleviate the stresses of being long distance for me. Carly has been the main aid coming to help and she has been amazing! Brightstar has also been great with communication and checking in with me on how things are going.

Collette is amazing. She is excellent with my father and his needs. She is a trusted member of our family now, accompanying us to doctors appointments and valuing her input for my fathers care. There are not enough words to describe what an excellent caregiver she is. We adore her.

Everyone at BrightStar Care does a wonderful job. They are kind and considerate and respond quickly when I have questions or needs. All of my caregivers take care of my needs very well and are faithful in coming. Adedra will not be able to come anymore but I am very thankful for all of her excellent care over these many months. I am thankful for BrightStar Care.
