I had the wonderful opportunity to Intern for this company while I was pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology. BrightStar of Clinton was an incredibly terrible experience. Christian told me to call or text (gave me his cell) ANYTIME to set up an evaluation and eventual home health aid for my dying father, which could be completed and implemented within days of the request. After multiple attempts at reaching him, I gave up. Only to be called several days later by another individual...not to mention the fact that the rates are twice the rates quoted by other companies. Mya has been such a blessing on several occasions taking my mom to my nieces wedding and her sisters funeral. She’s so caring and loving and kind. I know my mothers in great hands with Brightstar. We don’t have to worry about her care and safety. Mom is well taken care of.
