The team is always professional and always answers the phone when I have questions. The customer service is fabulous. The time they take with clients is above so many other home care agencies that I have worked with!
From the beginning to the end BrightStar made the dementia journey with my Mom so much easier. Jordan and Nicole were ALWAYS so kind when I called or they called me with any changes to the schedule. Their prompt communication was always helpful. Rasheeda, our CNA, easily fit in with our family and I could not have taken this journey without her. Besides caring for my Mom, she always took the time when she arrived to greet our two little dogs who adored her.
I've been very impressed with the support and services provided by BrightStar from the administrative and office staff to the home care aid. Our assigned aid, Marcia, has provided very competent and comforting care to my mother and is a valuable member of our families' overall efforts. Great thanks to Marcia!
I am writing this review to let anyone know that we have had Brightstar for over a year now and could not have asked for a better experience. They have been great and more than accommodating to our needs. My mother has two massive strokes and needs someone all day for 8 hours while I am at work.
