BrightStar Care of Greenville NC has been absolutely wonderful. The owner, Blake, and office manager, Tiffany, have been such a pleasure to work with. They made it easy to set up services and have been amazingly flexible with scheduling and last minute requests. The care givers, especially Sherkala G. and Christine B., are the best! The Brightstar Care team was first class from the beginning of our process to the end. Blake and Annette came to the rehab facility to meet and assess our loved one. Blake worked with us to link our loved one's LTC insurance with their services. We were then blessed with their wonderful care staff coming to her home and coordinating care with a private weekend staff who together helped make it possible for her to fulfill her wish of remaining in her own home.
