The office staff and caregivers were excellent. Communication was always clear and any concerns were addressed immediately. 5 Stars!
We have 2 amazing caregivers for my parents. Tiffany and Jerricka have been with us since day 1. They care for my parents like they are their own. Treating my parents like people and not a "job" is paramount and they exceed that every shift. They communicate effectively, stay on top of their needs and participate in any way I ask. They also care enough to give suggestions from experience that I might note know or be aware of. They are great and I feel satisfied every time I know they are on the clock.
Meagan does a great job and i would highly recommend her! She is very polite every time she come to change the dressings and she calls ahead to let us know when she is on the way. She is always on time!! Great personality and always has a smile on her face!!
Drip line antibiotics was something new to me. When Megan came out she went over all the details. She showed us everything we needed to know. It was a pleasure working with Megan.
Megan our nurse was awesome. She work fast and friendly and very helpful and caring. Always on time and very courteous.
