This company is unreliable and quality of most sides poor. If you absolutely need an aide daily don’t use them.

Bob and his entire team are unmatched in service, out of the box solutions, and response. I’ve been working with agencies as an end user for 19 years. I’m also a nurse of 30 years. Never have I ever worked with a more professional and compassionate team of caregivers and support staff. Quality, competence, and safety are number one with his team.

Bright Star staff went above and beyond with my aunt's care. The owner Bob and his category coordinators kept us informed, they were creative in ways to engage our aunt with dementia and treated her with great respect. Bob is running a great organization. Beth, RN and family caregiver.

Brightstar has been a tremendous support and aide in helping me care for my ill wife. Management has always been readily available and responsive to my needs. And the aides assigned to us have been excellent. I highly recommend Brightstar.
