We have used BrightStar for 9 months for my 94 year old mother. Our nurse’s aid, Shinera, is always on time, hardworking, and caring. She has made such a connection with my mother. I don’t know what we would do without her! BrightStar is a professional organization and I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for in home assistance.

I have been fully disabled for just over 7 years now, following a catastrophic accident I was in. During these last 7 years, I have worked with several different home Aid agencies and have been able to “learn the game” if you know what I mean. For example, I had one aid a while back, who was tremendous, but the support that the agency gave the aid was awful, so it inevitably made the overall experience not good anymore.
