Grapevine location of Brightstar have cared for my loved one for nearly 2 years and I have appreciated them for that. Although we recently left this agency, I would still highly recommend using this agency for your loved one. They followed my loved one's wishes to the best of their ability & communication between client/family and the schedule coordination (Mona) was strong. I've had to use these people twice for transportation for cataract surgery. THEY STAYED IN CONTACT, ON TIME,EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and put everything up front with a staff of Rn's to boot! Nice to know.

I am a single mom of a 3 year old. He was diagnosed with the flu (dr said it would take 5 days to get over and he couldn’t go to daycare). There was no way I could miss 5 days of work...even 1 given the previous month’s cold season. We were fighting tempatures at 103 to 104 with this flu. I was concerned.
