BrightStar Care of Fremont is an excellent home care agency with an outstanding team of staff from the owner to the caregivers. Owner Amanda is great with site assessment and is sensitive to my health issues and care needs. Coordinator Dalaney is responsive to my questions and needs for additional care such as care needed for a hospital visit and transportation. My brother, 2 sisters and I recently used BrightStar-Fremont to provide 24/7 care for our 93 year old mother who had been placed into in-home hospice care. Dalaney handled a request for their services on Thursday afternoon, and owing to the rapidly declining health of Mom, agreed to meet with family members on Saturday afternoon to assess our needs and develop a comprehensive care plan to meet the needs of Mom and us.
