The staff at BrightStar Care were kind and helpful during the intake process. Chris took time to walk me through the setup even at times not convenient for him, Marcia & Pat handled all the intake and insurance paperwork, and Denise was quick to return calls about scheduling. Unfortunately, coordination was slow, and services didn’t begin until well after my son’s surgery. My nurse name was Bonnie Daffron she is a very pleasant person to work with made my experience a lot more easier than I thought it would be l was a little bit concerned about the procedure.
