She is very professional and kind. You feel comfortable letting her do what she needs to. Super concerned about bacteria and preventing any issues caused by it. I really don’t think I could get better care.

Very kind and caring staff from the office staff to the caregivers. They do a great job in working to ensure good staff to mix and match with care needs. They are highly responsive and make sure than clients are taken care of.

Jaime and her team from BSC were stupendous in providing care during my father’s last days. One aide in particular, Maymie, (sincerely apologize if incorrect spelling), was a gem. She was a “tell me how to help, I’m here as you need and want help” and quiet loving soul. I will be calling on this agency again as needed for my mama. Thank you for providing some relief during such a critical moment in our lives.
