In 2016 my wife of 42 years had a very bad stroke. We were living in Illinois at the time. Poor service and communication. Send a Home health aide that fell asleep a hour after arriving. After reporting this I became not a good client. They fail to.communicate and stop providing for that shift after the peraon fell asleep 2 nights in a row. They lie to make money saying that they can not work 8 hours but rather work 12 hours but the aides prefer to work 8 hours.
