Brent and Carl from Brightstar were absolutely incredible During a very difficult time for me and my family. My father had very unique needs at the end of his life. He needed round the clock tracheostomy care. This is a VERY difficult thing to find ... this was the only local company who could handle this level of care. I used Brightcare to provide help for my bed-bound brother when his wife was hospitalized. It was an emergency situation and Brightcare did a great job. They had great flexibility in scheduling. The caregivers they provided were top notch and they were totally reliable.

On day one we needed 24 hour, 7 day a week care and we had less than 9 hours to pull it off. Brent and his team got a crew of caregivers lined up for us with an hour to spare. We then had caregivers from this Brightstar office for 5 months and had an excellent experience. Upon discharge from a month long hospital stay, my mother was too weak to pull a blanket over her own head.
