I called the office and asked if I could get a letter stating my start/end date of employment and they emailed me the start/end date along with why I was no longer employed there. This information should not have been put on the letter for it was NOT for another employer. I felt they were trying to be smart when they put it on the letter thinking it was for another job. So never asked for verification over the phone.

Carolyn was fabulous! I felt so taken cafe of and safe. Me and my dog looked forward to her coming in the morning! She is compassionate, understanding, and very professional. I highly recommend!

Overall, I enjoyed working for Brightstar as a caregiver going to various facilities, weekly pay. The issues I had were not necessarily the fault of this company, but not being guaranteed hours, shifts being canceled or not confirmed with adequate time where they just drop off your schedule. That becomes income lost, increased stress, and annoyances of then having to shuffle around my other work schedules (other jobs) to compensate for not working this day or that day.
