Bright Star Care is a great company to work for. While my time there was short, it was wonderful. Tracie was my superior, but she never made me feel like I was less than her. I truly enjoyed working with her as she schedule out my week with clients. She was always very understanding of my schedule and really took the time to find clients that she believes each caregiver would connect with, and she was great at it. Caregivers come and go rapidly causes constant scheduling challenges. My father in law and I cannot build reliability or consistency for his care needs. Very disappointed. And communication to staff on level of care very poor.

Hi, I was worked in the nursing field for 32 years before leaving in 2018. After venturing off to do other things. I decided in November 2025 to return back to nursing and work and I found bright star it has been a blessing to work with very nice and pleasant people . The office team in Milwaukee is awesome Tracie, Tim and Carolyn I could not have asked for a better support staff than them. Carolyn came to my apartment to administer a few injections for me and she was just wonderful. So friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting! Would love to have her come back the next time I need any at-home medical needs.
