From the beginning I've had issues with these people. The staff or nurses don't know what the hell they're doing. There's constant no show no calls, they take your blood & never get it tested, when you call to complain they say I understand your frustration. No they don't understand our frustration as a patient. This place needs to be shut down and shut down for good!
This place has horrific service and will not call me back about my care . Please don’t use the service
They don't believe patients who report misconduct even when Health & Human services finds they have in fact done harm. Search Brightstar on the clock app soon for actual home surveillance. Protect yourself and do not let them in your home without cameras.
Let me start with overall as a company the whole experience was okay, frustrating to get started for sure with all the approvals and such. I was injured at work and broke both bones in my right leg and had to have two separate surgeries to fix the damage that was caused. Now I had to try to get physical therapy all set up.
