I discovered BrightStar Care a couple of months ago, and my sister couldn't be happier with the caregiver she has had through them. She says that Jen really pays attention to her, listens, and cares. We have no regrets at all. I've also been very impressed by how easy it was and is to reach Jesse, the director, and stay in communication regarding my sister's care. He and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and sensitive to my sister's needs and desires.

I can not express how thankful I am for the level of compassion my family received from brightstar care. There are so many reservations one can have when trying to decide if this is the right choice for your loved one and a lot of fear. They were able to put us all at ease, walked us through everything with patience and guidance, but zero pressure to commit.
