I was looking for short term home care while I waited for approval from a new provider, Neighborhood HealthCare Pace. When searching thru different companies, I'm so glad I found BrightStar! I only needed to use them for one month and I had to pay out of pocket but it was well worth it. What a great care giver company they turned out to be. Our family had a wonderful experience with TJ at Brightstar and their team. TJ has been very responsive, compassionate, and professional. Our caretaker, Dulce, was very caring, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and dependable. It made bringing our father home and navigating in-home healthcare so much easier for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker or company to assist us with caring for him. We are grateful for all the support and highly recommend Brightstar!

Summer is very efficient. She's on time all the time and she's pleasant to work with. She has a smile that brightens up your day. I think she's just a lovely person, and she has in her worth. Ethic is his own point. Thank you.
