I have been very satisfied with the care provided my BrightStar. Also, whenever I have medical questions, the caregiver answers them to the best of her ability.
I appreciated all the caretakers, but one really left a great impression on me and did such a wonderful job. Cheri Austin is a 10. Thank you.
Any visit with Lisa Granberry is very positive, and even when I think it is as good as it can be, she surprises me! The substitutes, overall, do a good job too.
The care and compassion of all the staff who helped in my cousin's care was extremely professional and VERY caring.
