The employees of the company and the owner treated us like family. The compassionate care was unbelievable. Couldn't have asked for better care for my father, he was always so happy when his aide arrived. His aide always made him feel special and treated him with respect, and they laughed together.

I called BrightStar last minute to care for my mom who suffers from Alzheimer's. They came out promtly and did an assessment with a Registered Nurse. That night they were able to find someone to care for my mom when i had to run out of town unexpectedly. I have to say i was pleasantly pleased with the caregiver and her ability to make my mom feel comfortable. It certainly took a big load off of my shoulders knowing that my mom was being cared for appropriately.Jan
