I had a great experience at Brightstar Auto Armen and Gustavo were very professional, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. This is the worst place to get a car from . The dealership owner put his hands on me try to take the car back the I purchased not only that they sold me 2 cars that don’t even work
My wife called the place asking if they had a specific vehicle available to purchase and if we could come down and check out the vehicle. It's about an hour and a half drive for us, no problem. We get there, the manager greets us, he's a little rude, he looks unhappy, okay whatever. He gets one of his co-workers to show us the car. We take the time to talk about the car, test drive it, etc. We like it we get back and we talk about financing.
