As a patient it's not so user friendly. It's ok for a doctor to hit send and forget. But trying to send documents back it doesn't work. I couldn't be bothered anymore and I'm not calling the tech support. I have no problem with Medeo my other doctor uses and my files are always there incase I lose them.
The SecureMail system is excellent and represents a significant leap toward transforming the healthcare system away from reliance on outdated fax-based communication.
