Good experience until you need support. I talked to about a dozen people who could barely talk English and the problem still isnt fixed
This ISP is crap. They cant setup service and all they do is screw you around for weeks promising crap and then keep screwing,it up. You all suck. after telling them to stop bothering me they keep calling, sending me mail and now harassing me every day. after putting them on a do not call list. and reporting them , they keep doing it. so at this point, you where told to stay off my properly and if you show up , ill take that as a threat and deal with it Properly. 10 months of telling you to stop is enough. im not playing you... read more
Worst service and worse customer service. I didn't know you could be lower than Comcast. I have been trying for 6 months to cancel my aunt's service who passed away. They keep saying I can't cancel, because I'm not the holder. I've provided all the documentation several times and they will not cancel it still. 6 months and 4 phone calls and nothing.
Brightspeed has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They constantly lie and never know anything, can't even log in online then you try and call in and always get hung up on.... Brightspeed is a damn joke and highly don't recommend....
Do not use this ISP. They are the worst. Give up people's hopes with their BS claims and offers. I can't believe somebody would go this low to offer all these great deals charge you all this money and then not do anything in the end. Then when you try to get your money back they act like nothing happened and then they keep harassing you every single day with mail and phone calls even though you tell them not to.
