Very Horrible Travel Agency. I was sent an email sayin my money would be refunded back in to my account "around" July 22, 2021 my money has deposited yet in to my account. Attempted to follow up with customer service no one is available to answer calls. Attempted to reach out to their on call staff hanged up on me twice. False promise of refunds. Total scam company. Avoid this company like the plague!
I am still waiting for a refund 4 1/2 months after cancellation. Yes, we paid for the insurance. They do not return calls if you leave a voicemail and send a generic answers to emails.. Am contacting Attorney General in Illinois and the Consumer Affairs Bureau In Illinois. Don’t think we will get our money back. Be very wary!!!
Do not use this travel company. They finally mailed my first refund check for my daughter's cancelled trip only to send me an email today not to cash or deposit the check while they financially restructure. We all know what that means
I have been waiting for a refund for months. I purchased a refund guarantee and they are still holding my money. Every time I try to contact them, they send the same automated email back. Schools - please read these reviews before you use them again!
Horrible!! Complaint filed with the Attorney Generals Office! Schools and Organizations do not book you trips with this company. Trust me you will save yourself less stress and headaches in the long run. Read all the negative reviews and take a look at their Facebook page. They are rapping families. And despite numerous messages left for Alicia she has no respect to return my call.
Do not do business with this organization! We paid $3,500 for our child to go on their 8th grade DC trip. Due to the Carona virus situation Bright Spark Travel has now cancelled / rescheduled the trip to another time, but is NOT offering true refunds as every other vendor is doing due to this unprecedented health situation.
