My experience with Dr. Mark Warawa at BrightSmile Dental was traumatic. I trusted this office when he told me, "If you were my sister, this is what I would do." I went there with trigeminal nerve pain seeing if maybe a tooth was related. He recommended an emergency root canal; during the procedure, they were unable to place a dental dam. A few more things went wrong. Furthermore, without my consent, he filed down two of my healthy teeth to fit a same-day crown.
