My recent visit to this dental office was truly outstanding. As someone who experiences dental anxiety, I was pleasantly surprised to feel so comfortable during my appointment. My experience with Dr. Mark Warawa at BrightSmile Dental was absolutely awful and want to protect others, especially those using NIHB. I trusted this office when he told me, "If you were my sister, this is what I would do." I had an emergency root canal on an actively infected molar, they could not get a dental dam on (standard of care). During the process 3/4 of my tooth broke below the gum line. My family and I have completely switched over to BrightSmile Dental. First of all the entire staff is like a big family and are so happy and willing to help always. The front end girls are easy to deal with and talk too, which is huge. Then the back staff is incredible! Something I’ve noticed is BrightSmile can do most of the work that is needed for my family in clinic, we have never been referred out. I love this! I love this clinic they are always so helpful and understanding at the front desk and they are very willing to help you out when they can. Dr Mark and Dr Derek has always treated me and my family very good! Jamie has always been able to book around my schedule and there has never been any problems! They removed 4 wisdom teeth from my mouth and they took really good care of me and have been checking in to make sure I heal properly. 15/10 would recommend this clinic to everyone i know!!!!!
