Great experience from start to finish! A rep kept in touch with me on the status of my custom windows, scheduling installation was easy, installation was all in one day, and the follow-up inspection and tutorial was quick and easy. Windows look great and I’m so glad I went with Brightside!
The people we dealt with were very nice. The window installation crew was very hard working and got the job done in 2 days. The windows look great. Only complaint was communication. When I called for updates their message says they will call back by 5pm that day (never got a live person to answer the phone) that didn't happen. One time they called back 24 hours after all called, the second time I called they sent an email (with the info I asked for), but didn't call back to verify/notify that they were doing so.
