Door-to-door solicitors from this company disregard an obvious "No Soliciting" sign to ring my bell and deliver their self-serving pitch. They disregard basic decency and are basically in-person spam. It is up to their management to re-train the sales staff and admonish such behavior, but they won't, bc where's the money in that? Rude, disrespectful, and lousy sales tactic. Please respond below with a disingenuous apology and some referral for me to call you (and waste more of my day).

Summary: We had 16 openings (14 windows, 2 sliding glass doors) replaced. Initial window install was rushed and extremely poor quality. Brightside Windows was extremely easy to work with for a pretty extensive overhaul of all our windows. It was a big project, but they made the whole process feel manageable from start to finish. They showed up right on schedule, and the crew was professional, respectful, and clearly focused on doing quality work—not just rushing through the install. Everything was done with care.
