Brightside Windows was extremely easy to work with for a pretty extensive overhaul of all our windows. It was a big project, but they made the whole process feel manageable from start to finish. They showed up right on schedule, and the crew was professional, respectful, and clearly focused on doing quality work—not just rushing through the install. Everything was done with care. Brightside window came out and completed the job in one day . They were efficient and constantly were cleaning up after every little mess . They walked us through all the windows and showed us how to use the new windows and answered all question . When the inspector came out he found things that we would have never noticed and immediately put in a work order. We appreciate this company . We will be using them for our down stairs windows in the future .
Thank you Rose and Ashley! Our very first sit down with Rose was pleasant. After agreeing to the purchase we were put in the hands of Ashley. Ashley was very patient and helpful. The windows are beautiful. One recommendation I have, would be to make sure the customers know that the trim is not included. My expierence with Brightside Windows was great! I had old single pane storm windows from 1967 that were deteriating and could feel the draft. Although I wasn't looking into replacing at the time, but I had a rep from Brightside named "Rose" knocking at my door asking if I would be interested in replacing my windows. We recently had a total of 8 windows, including picture and double-hung models, replaced by Brightside. They offered a competitive price to upgrade to energy efficient triple-paned and argon-filled windows. (Disclosure: We received an additional discount in exchange for posting reviews.
