The sales team was very easy to work with, the pre-inspection team was clear about the expectations and sequence of events on installation day, the installers had a great eye for detail, and the final walk through was informational. Everything ran on time and as planned. The greenhouse window is especially wonderful. I’d definitely use this company again!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Install was done in 1 day, and was done very well. The window quality is very nice, and has great features, like opening from both sides. And the screen that slides to either side. Would highly recommend Brightside windows.
From the consultation and planning appointments to installation and follow up, Brightside answered all our questions, had excellent communication, and followed through on everything they said would happen. Great company to work with!
