I am writing to formally report a concerning interaction with one of your representatives, Kelly Fiddler, who came to my home last night. Our property has a clearly posted No Soliciting sign. Despite this, Ms. Fiddler approached our door around 5:45pm and remained after I asked her to leave. I had to ask multiple times before she finally did. I love my new windows! My house is so much warmer. In addition, my gas bill is lower than last year, in a period time where everyone else's bills are going up dramatically. My neighbors have all commented on how nice my new windows look.
From start to finish, our experience with Brightside has been stellar! The sales staff was very professional, the folks who came to measure our old windows were so friendly and helpful, the installers worked magic to retrofit our old home for the installation and the windows look fantastic. Our heating efficiency has greatly improved and the noise reduction is significant as well. We highly recommend going with brightside for new windows.
Everything went super smoothly getting my windows and a sliding glass door replaced. They were always on time and installed everything in one day with no issues. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. The new windows and door look great and have done a better job of keeping out noise and the cold. The whole process was very easy and I would definitely work with Brightside again!
