Called to have a member come out to look at our roof since we had some concerns about some shingles that had fallen off. They happened to be in the area and did an impromptu assessment and restored the missing shingles. Very nice, straight forward, and easy to talk/work with.
Scheduled a time for them to come out and inspect my roof. No call, no show, no follow up. Apparently they have plenty of business and don’t need another job. Follow up 3/12/21 After approximately 10 months had passed since Brightside left me stranded on a roof inspection the owner, Jeremy called me completely unsolicited about two weeks ago. We had the pleasure of working with project manager Ken Kneuss. Ken was very attentive to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the issues with our roof and siding.
