Brightside medical has an amazing team of people who are genuinely there to help. They have been instrumental in providing care for my son and husband. I could not ask for a better team and support system.
This place is being managed by a bunch of disrespectful employees. Front desk has an attitude all the time. Nobody ever knows whats going on. My meds were not correct. I reported them to CBH.
I thought Brightside could help but after talking with Tshaun Grant I found out they couldn’t and she said she would refund my money and that was a week ago and after 4 messages on their website I’m still waiting so now I started a claim with my Credit Card company. Be careful of this company they will charge you even though they can’t help you.
