Jeff did an AMAZING job as my mortgage broker. He was able to get my approval lightning fast at a rate lower than I had obtained on my own. He stayed in constant touch with my real estate agent and I, and kept us updated on every step of the process. We were able to get the closing done quickly, and even though I closed remotely out of state he made sure I had everything I needed. Jeff was easy to work with and quick to respond, up front with information and if he didn't know or have something yet, he would let us know when to expect it. He answered any questions we had quickly and easily, and was direct. He also gave us checklists of the things we needed to provide him with as well as timelines.
