I had a number of policies arranged with Brightside to cover my rental properties. I found the company to be remarkably chaotic and seemingly unable to carry out even basic administrative tasks; they spent months struggling to update a simple correspondence address. The staff were pleasant enough to deal with, but, excuse the pun, they certainly weren’t the brightest!
A baffling level of appalling customer service. Completely disorganised and unprofessional.
These guys work with Close Brothers Premium Finance. Close brothers took paymeny on a cancelled policy and will not speak to me about a refund. Im currently unable to get any help from Brightside or One insurance solution. Be very cautious of these companies.
i been a customer of brightside insurance the staff are telling lies about the policy dose not cover and legal cover dose not exists its been 5 months realy poor service rude staff attitude problemss
Read reviews before using this Company. The Customer Service is awful, people saying they are Managers when they are not. No paperwork I asked for paperwork. Complete scam never signed any paperwork. Trying to make me pay for a credit agreement I was not aware of. I have had nothing but trouble with this shambles of a Company passing the buck. I would not recommend this Company.
