These guys work with Close Brothers Premium Finance. Close brothers took paymeny on a cancelled policy and will not speak to me about a refund. Im currently unable to get any help from Brightside or One insurance solution. Be very cautious of these companies.
i been a customer of brightside insurance the staff are telling lies about the policy dose not cover and legal cover dose not exists its been 5 months realy poor service rude staff attitude problemss
Read reviews before using this Company. The Customer Service is awful, people saying they are Managers when they are not. No paperwork I asked for paperwork. Complete scam never signed any paperwork. Trying to make me pay for a credit agreement I was not aware of. I have had nothing but trouble with this shambles of a Company passing the buck. I would not recommend this Company.
Tried to change insurance over to another car only to be told the insurance company my car is covered with no longer do car insurance they now want to charge a cancellation fee money grabbers now Swinton are taking over got a quote online another big joke
