ANYONE APPLYING FOR DISABILITY BEWARE. PUT IN A REQUEST FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR. This woman is terrible! During my visit she made fun of the fact that I am over weight and never even looked at the functioning of my neck. They only evaluated my mental health which consisted of a bunch of weak questions that don't even shed light on my day to day struggle with depression. This person is heartless.
