I had an issue with a GFCI receptacle that I just couldn’t resolve. I, at the suggestion of a friend, called Brightside Electric and Justin West. While on the phone he walked me through the process of installing the receptacle and it still wouldn’t work. He came out to the house and troubleshooted the problem, and within 30 minutes he figured out the where the issue was. Turns out it was a faulty neutral wire.
