I had wonderful dental care for 35 years and then my dentist retired.😟 But, I found Brightside and I must say the level of care and attention has been even better! From Barb at the front desk, to Nancy and Kaylee in the chair, it has been a blessing. Outstanding communication and attention to detail with respect to scheduling, insurance, in-office treatment and followup home care. Believe me, you won’t find a better place.
I have had an aversion to dentists my whole life. Had some pushing work I didn’t need and most not giving much attention to my needs or anxiety. This is probably my 13th different dental office (my 3rd dentist in Castle Rock) and Dr. Brightside and her staff are hands down the BEST out of all of them. I am usually OK with cleanings but have a tough time with X-rays and other work. I'm giving it 2 stars because for a year I was very happy. My hygienist and Dr. Brightside were great. On my last visit they sprung a new hygienist on me without notice who would not listen to anything I had to say about my extreme sensitivity. I ended up flying out of that chair several times from pain. The hygienist also used our time together to continuously insult me. According to her, I don't know how to brush my teeth or floss properly - but then she said I take really good care of my teeth...? Oh, my favorite: I don't... read more
Dr. Brightside fixed/tightened an implant for me on very short notice. She does a very good job !
Just had my first visit and Brightside Dentistry and I was very impressed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nancy was fantastic!
