I just completed my tooth implant treatment with Dr. Shahrokh and felt incredibly reassured by his extensive knowledge and experience. The procedure was smooth; the only pain I experienced was related to gum healing after the anesthetic eased off. Throughout my recovery, I felt completely comforted by his assurance and clear expertise. This was my second successful implant completed by Dr. Shahrokh, and I highly recommend his services for complex dental work.
This was my first appointment. I made it on the phone via Phoebe, who was really helpful and polite, a real delight to deal with. I saw the hygeinist, Michaela, who was the most professional and thorough hygeinist I have ever been treated by. She did a stellar job and informed me in detail of my teeth/gum issues. It was more expensive than I normally spend, but I feel I've gained a lot
Fantastic experience and excellent service. I had the Diamond Polish (teeth cleaning). Mihaela and Lana were so lovely, friendly and put me at ease from the start. Michaela explained everything she was doing and checked if I was ok during the cleaning – such a lovely lady! I left feeling great with very nice clean teeth. I would definitely recommend this dental practice and have already booked my next appointment. Thank you!
From the phone call to walking out the door, everyone who serviced me were excellent . From the dental hygienist,Negar and her assistant (who are absolutely brilliant in their work) to the Reception team who were very helpful to rebook my appointment on priority understanding my issues. All Doctors and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have been with Brightside for years now and they are getting better with facilities and treatments. I would like to say thank you to Dr Negar and Dr Patel and their staff everytime I come for a check up or cleaning or treatment. As always, i came to visit last week with Dr Negar, she is gentle and approachable and accommodating to all my enquiries. Thank you very much.
